Acceptable Use Policy

ZakaTech LLC. ("Zappy Hosting") agrees to furnish services to the Subscriber, subject to the following ("Acceptable Use Policy"). ZakaTech LLC (the "Company"), a limited liability company organized and Zappy Hosting (the "DBA"), the name under which the Company conducts its business, here after referred to as, ("Zappy Hosting"), ("Us"), ("We") and The Client, ("Customer"), ("Client") and ("You").

Prohibited Uses

Zappy Hosting services shall not be utilized for any illegal purposes or in support of any illegal activities. Zappy Hosting reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and/or affected third parties in the investigation of any suspected criminal activity or civil wrongdoing.

Prohibited Content

The use of Zappy Hosting services to transmit any material (via email, uploading, posting, or otherwise) that threatens or promotes bodily harm or the destruction of property is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the use of Zappy Hosting services to transmit any material that constitutes harassment of another individual is also prohibited.

Impersonation and Deceptive Practices

The addition, removal, or modification of identifying network header information for the purpose of deception or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited. Additionally, any attempt to impersonate another individual through the use of forged headers or other identifying information is prohibited. The utilization of anonymous remailers or pseudonyms shall not be construed as impersonation.

Fraudulent Activity

The use of Zappy Hosting services to engage in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to making false offers to sell or purchase products, items, or services, or to promote any form of financial scam, such as pyramid schemes or chain letters, is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized Access

The use of Zappy Hosting services to access, or attempt to access, the accounts of other individuals, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, the security measures of Zappy Hosting or any other entity’s computer software or hardware, electronic communication systems, or telecommunications systems, regardless of whether such intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data, is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be in violation of this provision shall be subject to immediate termination and further investigation.

Network Disruption and Security

The use of Zappy Hosting services for any activity that impairs the ability of other individuals or systems to utilize Zappy Hosting services or the Internet is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in "Denial of Service" (DoS) attacks against another network host or individual user. Any interference with or disruption of other network users, services, or equipment is expressly forbidden.

Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that their network is configured securely. A Subscriber shall not, through either action or inaction, permit others to utilize their network for illegal or inappropriate activities. Additionally, a Subscriber may not configure their network in a manner that enables third parties to use it for illegal or inappropriate purposes.

Unauthorized entry into or use of another company or individual's computer system will result in immediate account termination. Zappy Hosting maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any Subscriber attempting to access the accounts of others or to penetrate the security measures of other systems, regardless of whether such intrusion results in data corruption or loss.

Fraud and Third-Party Links

Fraud is defined as a deliberate misrepresentation or misleading statement, whether verbal or written, made with the intent that the recipient will rely upon it and act accordingly. Such fraudulent conduct is strictly prohibited, and any offenses will be subject to investigation.

Third-Party Links, Sites, and Services: Zappy Hosting's products may include links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Zappy Hosting. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, information, materials, products, or services provided by any such third-party entities.

By accessing any third-party website, service, or content through Zappy Hosting, you acknowledge and agree that such access is at your own risk, and you accept that Zappy Hosting shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of or access to any third-party website, service, or content.

Prohibited Usage

The hosting services provided by Zappy Hosting shall not be utilized for any of the following activities:

1. Pornography: The hosting of pornographic material is strictly prohibited.
2. File Sharing/Repositories/Storage: The services may not be employed for file sharing, storage, or hosting of repositories.
3. Fraudulent Activities: Any engagement in fraudulent conduct is expressly forbidden.
4. Extortion or Blackmail: Activities related to extortion or blackmail are not permitted.
5. Malicious Software: Clients are prohibited from uploading any form of malicious scripts or software. This includes, but is not limited to, items involving phishing, backdoors, or scripts designed to consume excessive CPU or memory resources.

The services may only be used for the purpose of hosting a website or web application. Use of the service as a central repository for providing clients with mod content (for example, Arma 3) is explicitly prohibited.

Use of Disk Space

The disk space allocated in connection with our web hosting services is to be utilized exclusively for files and content directly related to the operation of the website, web applications, or game servers being hosted. The disk space provided may not be employed for file sharing, the storage of backups, or any other purposes unrelated to the operation of the website, web application, or game server.
